BROOKLAND FARM

Chulmleigh, North Devon

Brookland farm is a listed building, being one of the only cob and thatch farms in Devon on three floors. Originally one of the Chulmleigh prebend houses, the farmhouse has changed little over the centuries, offering glorious peaceful views of the surrounding countryside. Brookland remains essentially a working sheep and arable farm situated only a mile and a half outside the town of Chulmleigh in the heart of excellent walking country. The farmlands include Horridge moor, which is the highest point between Exmoor and Dartmoor and offers unique views over the two national parks.

We are pleased to offer spacious but simple accommodation, a warm welcome and full breakfast using local ingredients as far as possible. Should you require an evening meal, this is available when ordered a day in advance. Satellite television is connected in the lounge, and there is a walled garden in front of the house to relax in.

Rates for bed and breakfast: £30.00 per person per night for a family room sleeping up to four people with en suite bathroom, or £20.00 per person per night for twin bedded rooms with shared bathroom facilities.
